[ 12.03.2018 ] Pomorie Lake visitor centre has hosted on-site visit by Turkish experts
On 10 March group of experts and citizens from Turkey have visited the area of Pomorie Lake. The visit was within project “Preparation and Promotion of the Development Process of the NATURA 2000 European Ecological Network in Strandzha Mountain” CB005.1.12.135, for the Cross-border Cooperation Programme INTERREG-IPA Bulgaria – Turkey 2014-2020 of the EU, implemented by Sakar Nature Park NGO, Levka village and DAYKO NGO, Turkey.

[ 21.02.2018 ] Sandwich terns from Pomorie Lake on Mediterranean coast With approaching end of winter, we have noticed that numbers of Sandwich terns (Sterna sandvicensis) at Pomorie Lake is going up and today 6 more have joined the three that spent whole winter here. That gave us reason to share last news we got regarding observations of Sandwich terns from Pomorie Lake on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea.
