To celebrate, the Milvus Group teamed up with Târgu Mureș Zoo for a series of guided tours in September. Visitors learned about the majestic vultures that once soared over Romania, their vital role in our ecosystems, and why they disappeared in the first place.
But Milvus isn't just spreading the word - they're taking action! As a key partner in the Bearded Vulture LIFE project, the team keeps a close eye on GPS-tagged vultures visiting Romania. They provide supplementary food for these wandering birds and stand ready to rescue and treat any vulture that gets into trouble.
