16 more young White storks set free

Once we made sure that the first young White storks set free by the Rescue center of Green Balkans have left the territory of their temporary shelter – the old transformer station of the dam near the village of Opan, yesterday, another 16 young birds were set free at the same location.

After we were sure that the first liberated by the Rescue Centre of Green Balkans young storks have left the territory of their temporary shelter – the old power substation of the dam lake, situated near the village Opan - yesterday, new 16 young storks were set free at the same place.

A public discussion on the Plan for Management of the Devetashka cave

On 08.07.2014 at the conference hall of the Municipality of Lovech a Public discussion was held regarding the Plan for Management of the Devetashka cave. Representatives of the team of authors that have drawn the Plan, the Municipality of Lovech, NNPS, REIWs – town of Pleven, the mayoralties of Devetaki and Doyrentsi, citizens were present.
