Photographers visited the area of Pomorie Lake

On 6 and 7 November 2020, the Pomorie Lake was visited by a group of photographers within the project "Eco-Conscious Minds to Stop Pollution in the Valuable Wetlands of Black Sea Basin", BSB142, funded by the Cross-border Cooperation Programme under the European Neighborhood Instrument "Black Sea Basin 2014-2020" implemented by Green Balkans.

The visit was organized in order to get acquainted with the activities of the project and to photograph the complex of protected areas Pomorie Lake - their beauty, biodiversity, threats. The photographers will provide the images that will be presented at a traveling international photo exhibition aimed at informing the public about the problems of pollution and threats to the ecosystem and the ecological sustainability of the target wetlands and the Black Sea basin.

Project BSB142 BioLearn is funded by Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 co-financed by the European Union through the European Neighbourhood Instrument and by the participating countries: Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Turkey and Ukraine.
