3extreme, Green Balkans and Plovdiv Municipality are organizing a triathlon, which will be held with several starting points on 01.09.2019 at the Rowing Base in Plovdiv.

A Green Balkans team working on “NATURA 2000 in Bulgaria - NEW HORIZONS” LIFE 17GIE/BG/371 project took part in Beglika Horodeya 2019 festival at Big Beglik Dam between 16-18 August.

The Griffon Vulture named Parvolet, an emblematic bird for Green Balkans and the Wildlife Rehabilitation and Breeding Center, is already released and is now getting familiar with the Balkan Mountains from above, the mountain regions of Sliven and Kotel in particular.

The story began a few days back when the Regional Inspectorate of Environment and Water - Plovdiv got a signal for a hanging White Stork entangled in sisal on the dome of the church in Milevo.
