The last stop of our Campaign: International Bat Night 2022. was in the village of Balkanets, municipality Troyan.

The purpose of the event was to familiarize the attendees with the species of bats that are found around the world and in particular in Bulgaria, with their biology, to dispel several myths related to bats, to provoke discussion and curiosity to show how important their role actually is .

The event was also attended by colleagues from the Green Balkans Wildlife Rescue Center, who presented a project: "Life for Falcons" (LIFE20 NAT/BG/001162) together with the tawny owl Chara, the little owl Blaga, the common buzzard Misho and the kestrel Vladko. Birds with permanent disabilities who help us during our performances.
