This publication is addressed to employees of the Ministry of Environment and Water, the Regional Inspectorates of Environment and Water (RIEW), the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, the Executive Forest Agency, veterinary physicians and other individuals who have found injured wild birds.
