We fed the Egyptian vultures in the area of Provadia!

In the period of taking care of their youngs, the Egyptian vultures, these rare, almost extinct birds of our nature need a lot of food.

Therefore, the "Egyptian Vulture New LIFE" project team visited the area of Provadia, around the village of Partizani, where we maintain a site for feeding vultures.

In addition to feeding, during which we exported over 300 kilograms of food, we traditionally conducted bird watching in the area.

The activities to support the species are very important for its survival, given its low numbers not only in our country but throughout Europe. Therefore, our team periodically takes care of the couples around Provadia, where it is one of the few places where the Egyptian vulture breeds in our country.
